Terms and Conditions for Giveaway

1. Giveaway Overview:
Radiant Naturopathics is offering one winner a free initial naturopathic consultation, valued at $150. This consultation will run for 60 minutes and includes an assessment and a personalised treatment plan. Please note, this giveaway prize covers only the consultation and treatment plan; it does not include any additional products, supplements, or testing that may be recommended during or after the consultation. The consultation will be conducted online via a secure Telehealth facility.

2. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to residents of Australia only. Entrants must be at least 18 years old.

3. Entry Requirements:
To enter, participants must:

• Like the giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook

• Share the giveaway post

• Follow/like the Radiant Naturopathics Instagram or Facebook page

To enter, participants must complete the like, share, and follow actions entirely on one platform—either all on Instagram or all on Facebook. Each entry must fulfil these requirements to be valid. Only one entry per person per platform is permitted.

4. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway will run from 10th November 2024 to 8:00 pm on 17th November 2024 (AEDT). Entries received after this time will not be considered. The winner will be announced on Radiant Naturopathics’ Instagram and Facebook pages on 18th November 2024.

5. Prize Details:
The prize is one initial naturopathic consultation valued at $150. This consultation includes an assessment and a treatment plan only. Additional services, products, supplements, medicines, or any recommended testing are not covered by this prize and will incur extra charges if desired by the winner. The prize is not redeemable for cash and must be redeemed within three months of notification of winning.

6. Cancellation Policy:
Radiant Naturopathics’ standard cancellation policy applies to this prize. Three missed or cancelled appointments will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no further rescheduling will be permitted.

7. Prize Transferability:
The winner may choose to gift the prize to another eligible person residing in Australia. Radiant Naturopathics must be notified of the transfer within 48 hours from notification of winning.

8. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Radiant Naturopathics will contact the winner via direct message on Instagram or Facebook to arrange the consultation. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, they forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
