I work one-on-one with you, taking the time to understand your history, your physiology, and the context of your life. Rather than applying a set protocol, I draw from a range of modalities to support your health in a way that feels realistic, informed, and sustainable. Everything I recommend is tailored to you, with the aim of helping you feel more confident, capable, and connected to your body.
Nutrition
I see nutrition as a powerful and practical foundation for health. My nutritional guidance is individualised and evidence-informed, focusing on how food can support your body in a way that fits your lifestyle.
Whether we are working on gut health, immune resilience, blood sugar balance, or stress support, I help you understand what your body needs and how to meet those needs through food. This is not about restriction or perfection, but about building a way of eating that feels supportive, nourishing, and achievable long term.
Herbal Medicine
I use herbal medicine by integrating current research with traditional herbal knowledge. Prescriptions are personalised and chosen to support your specific presentation, constitution, and goals.
Herbal medicine can be particularly supportive for nervous system regulation, digestive concerns, hormonal patterns, and ongoing stress. I focus on safety, appropriate dosing, and clear explanations, so you understand why each herb has been selected and how it fits into your overall plan.
Functional Testing
Functional testing is one of several tools I use to gain deeper insight into how your body is functioning. My approach is not limited to specialty testing alone, but also includes detailed interpretation of standard pathology through a functional lens.
I regularly work with conventional blood work, viewing results beyond reference ranges to explore patterns, trends, and early imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms. This allows us to make use of information you may already have, or to request targeted testing where appropriate.
When additional insight is needed, I may also recommend tools such as microbiome mapping to explore gut health, HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) to assess mineral status and stress patterns, and DNA testing to understand genetic influences on nutrition, detoxification, and metabolism.
All testing is chosen intentionally and interpreted within the context of your history, lifestyle, and goals. The focus is always on meaningful insight, clarity, and creating a plan that feels relevant and actionable for you.
Flower Essences
Flower essences are a gentle modality that I use to support emotional and mental wellbeing. They work on an energetic level and can be a valuable addition when stress, emotional patterns, or life transitions are impacting your health.
I prescribe flower essences on an individual basis, often alongside nutritional, herbal, or lifestyle strategies. My approach is grounded and intentional, using this modality to support emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a greater sense of internal balance.
Iridology
Iridology is based on the understanding that the iris reflects patterns of constitution, genetic tendencies, and areas that may benefit from additional support. By observing the colours, markings, and structures of the iris, I gather information about underlying strengths, nurture points, and long-term tendencies.
I use iridology as an observational tool rather than a diagnostic one. It helps inform conversations around prevention, lifestyle choices, and supportive strategies, and encourages a deeper understanding of your individual constitution and long-term health priorities.
Lifestyle Medicine
How you live day to day has a profound influence on your health. My approach to lifestyle medicine looks at the bigger picture, including how you move, rest, connect, work, and recover.
Recommendations may include movement, nervous system regulation, community connection, self-care practices, environmental considerations, hydrotherapy, and routines that support regulation and energy. Everything is tailored to you, with a strong focus on changes that feel realistic, enjoyable, and aligned with your life, rather than overwhelming or prescriptive.
