A naturopath takes a holistic approach to health, looking beyond individual symptoms to explore the factors that may be contributing to your health concerns. This includes considering your health history, current concerns, nutrition, lifestyle, environment and other factors that may be relevant to how you’re feeling.
At Radiant Naturopathics, I take an individualised, evidence-informed approach, developing personalised strategies that may include nutritional guidance, herbal medicine, lifestyle changes and energetic medicine. Whether you're experiencing persistent pain, mental health challenges, or digestive issues, my aim is to help you better understand your health and explore practical ways to support your wellbeing.
Naturopathic care isn't about following a one-size-fits-all protocol or assuming that every health concern has a single underlying cause. It's about taking the time to understand your unique health picture and helping you make informed, practical changes that fit your life.

I’m a practicing member of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA) and hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from the Southern School of Natural Therapies. You can check my membership in the NHAA’s Find a Practitioner database, or I’m happy to send proof on request.
It’s a fair question to ask. Naturopathy isn’t regulated in Australia and you don’t need a qualification to use the title. A good starting point is to ask any practitioner about their training, association and scope. Reputable associations only provide membership to those who have completed a recognised course.

Optimal ranges are narrower target ranges I use to interpret blood results. Standard reference ranges are usually based on the middle 95% of a healthy reference group, so a result is “normal” anywhere inside them, even right at the edge.
I use the narrower range with prevention in mind. A marker sitting at the low or high end of normal, such as iron studies, B12, vitamin D or thyroid markers, may be an early signal worth acting on, especially when you have symptoms like fatigue, brain fog or low mood. Acting early can help you support your health before a result falls outside the standard range.
What to know:
Optimal ranges aren’t a diagnosis, and they don’t replace your GP’s interpretation.
They aren’t universally agreed, so I read them alongside your symptoms and history.
If a result falls outside the standard range, I’ll recommend you follow up with your GP.
I’m often reviewing the same tests your GP has ordered, just through a preventive lens. Bring any recent results and we’ll go through them together.

Persistent pain is complex and rarely has a single cause, so it deserves an approach that looks at the whole picture. Naturopathic care is centred on holistic medicine and may be supportive on its own or alongside your existing pain management plan.
Persistent pain is generally defined as pain lasting longer than 3-6 months. It’s common: about one in five Australians, or 3.6 million people, live with chronic pain, and in Chronic Pain Australia’s 2024 survey, 8 in 10 respondents with chronic pain also reported mental health issues. Pain can be influenced by many factors, including physical health, sleep, stress, movement, environment, and emotional wellbeing, and it can affect sleep, mood and everyday functioning.
At Radiant Naturopathics, my approach is individualised. I take the time to understand your health history, current symptoms, daily challenges and goals before considering which strategies may fit best. Depending on your needs, these may include nutritional support, herbal medicine, lifestyle changes, or referral for other supportive therapies.
You don’t need to choose between medical care and naturopathic care. Many people find the two work best together.

Yes. Naturopathic care can support people with ADHD, whether you’re diagnosed or still exploring.
My role is supportive. If you take medication, I work alongside it, looking at sleep, nutrition, energy, stress and gut health, which can all shape how you feel day to day. If medication hasn’t suited you, I can offer non-pharmacological strategies in coordination with your prescriber.
Plans are realistic and built around your energy and attention: small steps, not a 30-item list.

If you often feel on edge, mentally overloaded, exhausted or unable to switch off, it can be helpful to look at the broader context of your health and daily life. Sleep disruption, persistent stress, nutrition, physical health and life circumstances may all be relevant, although they do not explain every person's symptoms.
My approach is to understand what you are experiencing and explore which areas may benefit from additional support. This could include achievable changes to daily routines, nutritional guidance, sleep habits and, where suitable, individualised herbal medicine.
My support complements your other care, such as psychology, psychiatry, counselling or hypnotherapy. Diagnosis, therapy and medication decisions stay with your treating team.
